ZOMBIE GHOST TRAIN RETURN E-mail
Friday, 12 October 2007

Recently returned from their third rockin' European & USA tour haunted and hung over, Sydney's Zombie Ghost Train will crawl from their tombs once again to play their first East Coast Australian shows in months.

Headlining the Annandale in Sydney, the Corner Hotel in Melbourne and Rosie's in Brisbane, the Zombies are honoring the gigs that German psychobilly legends Mad Sin postponed a week before their tour was to begin. Zombie Ghost Train will be supported by The Casino Rumblers, The Nervous Wreckers, The Black Market and more and the shows will be sure to erase any disappointment for Mad Sin fans.

These shows will also be the last time Zombie Ghost Train play in Melbourne and Brisbane this year after what has been a massive 12 months for the guys.

2007 has been an eventful year to date with the band first loosing a drummer then digging up a new one. They then released their blistering second album 'Dealing the Death Card' in May through Resist Records, which peaked at number 9 on the Australian Independent Record charts. A killer Australian tour with Nekromantix and an impressive performance on MTV's The Lair followed, serving to satisfy their existing fans and unearth many new devotees. The band then loaded up the hearse for an epic three month tour of Europe and the US playing to 1000 fans in Spain and appearing in numerous magazines and newspapers worldwide while also witnessing the madness of their own episode of 'Cops' when a fan at thier Las Vegas show was stabbed in the neck with a pen!
